The lab is constructed according to a detailed prerequisites of handling financial data in research institutions.

The lab is facilitated with a data vendor and fore end units that are connected to the data vendor in a closed loop without any external Internet connection. this strict demands come from the manufacturer of the simulator and the donors of the data. The data vendor can only be accessed by one external remote computer that only the lab head has permission to handle. 
 

The financial data is not for sale and can not be distributed. Therefore the only way to access the data in the lab is to work directly on the end units  with the simulator or with a stand alone MATLAB that was installed specifically to make it more user friendly. We are also working on building a complete MATLAB simulator for more sophisticated malty agent strategies.

As of today the data that is ready to use in the lab can be found on the lab website.
